If your lender specifically requires a separate RICS surveyor's report (Halifax, TSB, Skipton often do), we can arrange it with a panel surveyor we work with. Adds £500-1,500 to the job, takes one to two weeks. Sometimes the only thing standing between you and a mortgage offer.
