Post-removal paperwork pack

The full bundle of documents provided by a legitimate removal contractor on completion. Required by lenders for mortgage approval.

A standard pack includes: VAT-registered invoice, signed completion certificate, photo report (timestamped), written timber-condition assessment, ventilation confirmation, waste transfer note (licensed disposal), and 12-month workmanship guarantee.

Some lenders additionally require an independent RICS surveyor's report (Halifax, TSB, Skipton routinely; others case-by-case).
